Tremendous bbq at this out of the way Steamboat restaurant. Down home, casual atmosphere with very good food. We went this evening with a group of 6. Among the standouts were the ribs, smoked wings, turkey, pulled pork and mahi-mahi. Outstanding sides included the red beans and rice, chicken gumbo and marinated slaw. Being from Texas, I didn't care for the bbq sauce which was Carolina, mustard and vinegar based ,but the meat was so expertly. seasoned and smoked that it didn't need the sauce. I highly recommend.

I recently reached out to Moe's BBQ to cater a get together for my staff at Storm Peak Brewery. We ended up with 8lbs of delicious Smoked Meats, great Cornbread, Slaw and Mac n Cheese. Everything was so good my guys from South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia said that the food from Moe's reminded them of home, maybe even better!!! I decided to pick the food up at Moe's and take it over to Storm Peak Brewery. The food was hot and ready at the arranged time. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great food, good price, on time and exactly what was ordered.

In from out of town great ribs and wings, friendly staff! But their side dishes are beyond horrible. Potato salad dry and they coleslaw is shredded cabbage soaked in vinegar hubby's mac n cheese was very dry also ! I'd give their BBQ 4 stars and their sides a 1. Sorry folks.

The corn bread, macaroni and cheese, beans and banana pudding were great. So was the pulled pork and catfish. Service was friendly, atmosphere pleasant and it was clean. Worth the drive across town. We will definitely be back.

I had the pork barbecue, and I don't think I've ever had a more tender barbecue in my life! I will be going back for more that's for sure!

The first couple of times I ate at this new BBQ joint, I had no complaints - decent food, okay service and the place was new and clean. Unfortunately, the third time was not a charm. My girlfriend had the Maui Maui salad with three tiny little over cooked pieces of fish and wilted lettuce, some green pepper and onions for $11. Rip-off! I had the Catfish Platter. The batter on the fish was so salty it was inedible. The dry (and over salty) mac n' cheese was just sad and really the quality was quite forgettable, especially for a BBQ joint. Too many food options around to bother with the inconsistencies for that kind of money. Sorry kids, you're on the Big "R".

Ribs were short on meat and long on fat unlike Double ZZ. The mahi mahi blackened was excellent. The collard greens and coleslaw sides very good. The BBQ sauce was not of my liking, too weak and watery.

I ate down one of the delicious BBQ sandwiches and it was every bit of wonderful! Nice atmosphere and terrific sauces make this a choice spot for going and getting what's yours. BBQ done right!

Good Mahi sandwich but too small. The flow of the set up is really bad. Service is typical Steamboat style, minimal. $1 Busch beer was the best part.

Enjoyed taking home dinner tonight from Moe's! Ordered The Hauler (dinner for 4) got 1/2 smoked turkey and 1/2 pork. 2 sides and they threw in some tasters. I can't tell you what I liked most. It was all so delicious. We had the creamed spinach and it reminded me of good southern cooking. The black beans and rice was more like a warm delicious soup with bacon! Who doesn't like bacon? I look forward to having that tomorrow for lunch. The smoked turkey was my favorite but the pork was tender and flavorful and made a nice sandwich with pickles and a sweet - but not too sweet -tangy BBQ sauce. We also had the potato salad, that was probably our least favorite side, don't get me wrong it was good, but everything else just really stood above. We got a couple dessert cups which were a nice touch. The service was over the top friendly and we didn't wait long for our food to go. They did mention that they offer pick up service if I ever wanted to call ahead. They told me I could just go to the bar to get it instead of waiting in line at the register. Nice tip for my next grab and go dinner. I am so excited about this new restaurant on the west side of town. It's on my way home and close to work plus it has great food and I love what they did to the place! Their bar may need to be a little bigger. There wasn't any seats left to belly up. Good times! I hope they do some kind of HH special in the future - just a suggestion. I am sure they will be very successful.

We ordered several plates. Ribs were good. Pulled pork sandwich was good too. Side's portions are small, yet we did not finish a single one. Mac and cheese was too salty. Beans were too sweet. Cal slaw - tasteless. Order of ribs came incomplete.

came here on a friday night before valentines day around 8pm. tried to order ribs but apparently theyre out although i just saw a platter of ribs leave the kitchen. so i went with the pulled pork platter with double mac n cheese on the side. my husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich with mac n cheese and potato salad sides. the food was smaller portions that what im used to but it was the perfect size for us, no leftovers. food was good enough to so-so. I definitely had better. Hubby said potato salad tasted off. What upsets me the most though is how shady they are. I used my credit card to pay and 100% sure that I wrote $23 but when i looked at my credit card statement, it said $23.92. they probably added those numbers to get as much as they can without me noticing. I know its only 92 cents but makes me think what else could they be doing. JUST BEWARE PEOPLE!! and maybe use cash instead

Stopped here on a cross county road trip. This place made my wife and I so happy. Everything was delicious, the rub on the ribs spicy and delicious, and the baked beans, wow. Generous pour on my wife's cocktail too. Makes me sad that I'm 1000 miles from home, because I'd definitely be back.

Went to Moe's and absolutely loved it!!! Ordered the wings and they were to die for! Very inexpensive too. The food is delicious and there are many options- love the coconut cream pie and the Shrimp Sandwich.The Pac Man Machine in the corner was awesome!!!!!! Great environment

Moe's was a delight when my gal pals and I went there earlier this winter! We all enjoyed our various choices, and sides! Most of us had different meals and all were top notch! The prices were affordable, and during high season, you may be able to avoid the downtown crowds!
